FDEAR Foundation is the latest in a series of projects initiated by the Syro-Malabar Catholic Diocese of Mananthavady in India primarily with the aim of enabling her young members to feel proud of their Catholic Christian heritage and at the same providing them with ample opportunities using tailor-made digital platforms for achieving their goals in their life.
Digital world is characterized with the abolition of distances even when individuals are physically far apart among themselves. In the digital world data is wealth and the one who possesses it will be the new rich. But, in order to reach out to data and snatch it, one needs the required tools at disposal and capabilities to use them in an effective and efficient manner.
In a few years’ time job opportunities are certain to undergo hitherto unthinkable transformation in terms of nature and availability. Consequently, the educational scenario will also be much different from that of today. “Early bird catches the worm”, goes the ancient adage. FEDAR Foundation aims at providing a platform to achieve that aim using the most modern digital concepts and technologies.
The mastermind behind this concept is a group of enthusiastic young minds of the diocese of Mananthavady, endowed with the required training and formation in digital technology and having enormous goodwill to work hard. Their efforts will blossom to their expectations provided the target group has a will to make use of the facilities provided by FEDAR Foundation. God’s blessings and best wishes for success to all who are toiling for the realization of the project and to those who are going to be the beneficiaries.
